Salisbury is the perfect destination for culture this summer. On the doorstep is the wonderful Grayson Perry Exhibition, The Vanity of Small Differences, on display until 25 September 2022.
These large wall tapestries are inspired by William Hogarth’s The Rake’s Progress. Perry’s work follows the ‘class journey’ to explore the meaning of objects as they relate to class.
This is the first time the tapestries have been shown in ecclesiastical setting.
