Sarum College (registered charity number 1161253 (company registration number 951356) and its trading subsidiary, Sarum College Services Ltd. (company registration number 1931038), (“we”, “us” or “our”) are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.
This policy (and any other documents referred to in it) sets out the basis on which we will process and use any personal data about people who visit our website and subscribe to services we provide.

How do we collect information from you?
We get information about you when you use our website to browse the pages, register to receive our email newsletters, buy books, contact us about courses, services and products or make a donation.

Sarum College and Sarum College Services Ltd. exercise every precaution to ensure the security of data transmissions from the user’s device to our servers and stored information. Where sensitive information such as credit card details or financial information is transmitted, it is done so using SSL encryption. All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.
We implement a variety of security measures when a user places an order enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your personal information.
Access to stored information is password protected and every attempt will be made to ensure that these passwords are only known to Sarum College and Sarum College Services Ltd. personnel and trusted third parties (website developers and the Internet Service Provider) who are authorised by us.
